  • If You Like Roaches...

    Then this is the place for you! Roach problem was pretty horrible to the extent that between traps and killing them ourselves we killed close to one thousand roaches in the two years we lived here. Also once the management changeover happened it wasn't as great a place to live and the leasing staff was nothing short of incompetent. Only good thing about it was the competent and courteous maintenance staff, and when the pool isn't overrun with children it was pretty nice.

    Is this luxury living? No. But it’s extremely comfortable, friendly, and above all, clean. Reasonably priced. Maintenance is friendly and efficient. My only real complaint is that the gate entry box is finicky if someone doesn’t have a fob, and the no-left turn can be annoying. But I believe I have high standards, and I’ve lived here for 3+ years now

    Perfect apartment if you dont want sleep. Yard work for non-existing nature is every week at 9AM Monday Tuesday Wednesday and they are always cutting down trees. There are hardly any trees left, and the grounds are ugly. The apartments are poorly built and the Laundry facility has been shut down for YEARS. They are still charging me for this.

    Today is April 11, 2016 Our Community Keeps getting Car thief, This morning our neighbor's car rims stolen and the car was left on blocks. Needs to Install cameras, the missing fence and for the gates, they don't work most of the time and they stay open or simply just break down and not work at all. They Charge highest rate of rent in the area and keeps on profiting while we have to deal with these issues. Bishop Park Apartment PLEASE Take care of the issue ASAP, Thank you. Get a new gate ...
    system installed you have the funding, install cameras, you have the money, install the remaining fence you have the money, you put more money in the landscaping every week since I been here then to fix these simple issues. Anyone can stand in the gate and the gate will open, the system is too OLD it needs to be REPLACE!! You have the money, I'm sure these buildings have been paid off, they are more the 20 years old.

    Bishop Park Apartments has a wonderful maintenance crew who care about you and get things done. The staff is extremely helpful and will do their best to assist you in whatever you need. The apartment complex is only 1.5 miles away from Full Sail University and is only a few extra miles to University of Central Florida. Walmart and Publix are just right up the street. My roommate and I could not have asked for a better apartment complex!
