After home ownership of 18 years, I was very skeptical about renting any apartment in a community. I am pleasantly surprised by Avana's customer service with inquiries on available units, showings, maintenance, parking options and the apartment home that I chose. I really like this community. Big but not too big so you still get a community feel. Location is excellent!

Avana is a great place to live. Local and within walking distance to stores, food and emergency services. The urgent care downstairs is most convenient along with pharmacies. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Lots of space to walk your pets and get exercise. The amenities are kept clean and in use.
