October 16, 2025ARTA seems like a resort living style, it does not have the appearance of your old boring apartment look, also since it has some options for literally town houses, this also applies to the regular 1 & 2 bed apartments and it seems like a Condo or Town Home community. The apartments have ample space, large storage and closets and the grounds are kept up nicely! Even the porters, like Victor and Jesus do an amazing job keeping up with keeping areas cleaned up!
