Horrible
September 18, 2019This place is horrible, no one ever answers the phone, you try and contact people about information and get no response. Email or calling, don’t know how they run business with the horrible staff and management they have. Pretty sad when someone who hasn’t even lived there is having to write a bad review just to let people know don’t bother waisting your time because management at this place sucks. Our first apartment
October 17, 2018I give this apartment complex no stars if I could!!! When I first moved in they sold me a dream that everything was so great here and that water sewer and garbage was paid for. wrong ! They didnt inform us that we were supposed to pay for that so now were stuck with a 658 dollar bill that nobody told us about. And didnt find out about it until we had already moved in and I called him asking why I had this bill for so much money. Management completely blew it off and told me not to worry about it. ...And then proceeded to tell me that I owed money from the deposit that I owed. But this is 2 months after we move in that he tells us this. And through that 2 months I never once got a letter or a phone call stating that I owed anything. Now here we are into the 3rd month and were getting a letter from management saying that we still owe money after we spoke to the manager and agreed on payment arrangements. Not understanding what's going on.As the few months went by of us living here we have had so many problems with management. I came home one day and noticed that a screen was placed on my window and the sink in the kitchen was fixed. (And I live upstairs keep in mind) nobody contacted me that anybody was stepping into my apartment without my knowledge and when I asked management he responded with "oh he probably put the screen on from outside" ....yea I dont think so but I didnt bring up the fact that my sink was fixed. So maintenance entered into my apartment without my knowledge and nobody informed me of that either until I brought it to managements attention. And all he did was laugh it off and said that another tenant accused his maintenance guy of stealing drugs from him becuase he was in his apartment without the tenant knowing...and told that tenant the same story as me that maintenance isnt allowed in without the tenant knowing. Sound similar? For anybody looking into living here please dont ! The apartments are over priced, the management is putting up a front that everything is so great here and you have all kinds of maintenance people walking in and out of your apartment without you knowing which is against the law and against the contract .please as a current tenant dont fall for it like we did. Affordable
August 29, 2015Ive lived in these apartments for about a year and the only reason why I haven't moved is because the rent is the cheapest in the area. In the summer the apartment gets so hot the A/C has to be on all day! It's not pretty to look at and its a small space. It's located right near Delta college and near shopping centers.Review from Apartments.com
