I spoke with GRETCHEN in the office. I was looking for a two bed two bath apartment everything was going fine I had a situation with a previous landlord and left after three months with them because the place was no longer safe. I went to court got all the necessary documents showing I in fact was not evicted and that I did not owe them for 12 months of rent I showed these documents to GRETCHEN and she said even with the court documents the previous landlord has to tell them that I don’t owe. & ...
of course they told her that I owed. So even with COURT SIGNED AND SEALED DOCUMENTS GRETCHEN would not accept the paperwork and on top of that I said ok I just want to have my money back (for the deposit I already paid) because I’m not going to go back and fourth with the precious landlord. GRETCHEN decided that it would be a good idea to hang up on me after asking for my money back. So I went up there POLITELY Asked for my money to be returned today and she said ( no bullshit just like this) get out of my office it will be mailed to you. .. now I’m upset I asked for the regional office number wouldn’t give it went on for 10 mins finally got it now wouldn’t give me the name of who I needed to speak to and WHILE I was on the phone she CALLED THE POLICE because I was on “private property and no longer wanted there” not for being disrespectful or disruptive just that. I will not give aspen or even Perry Reid properties a nickel ever again as long as she was there !
