I just start learning to walk in the area for my own self-care and I’m gonna be walking into their gym pretty soon great community staff our friendly neighbors are friendly and respectful and what I love the most is the doorstep garbage pick up that makes life a lot easier for me. December 26, 2025The process of touring and leasing our apartment at the Atwell was very streamlined. Our leasing agent Kymberly was newer to this complex, but she made it a priority to answer my questions and was just as passionate about me making the right decision as I was. These are luxury apartments, they're pretty much always quiet, and everyone we've met has been kind. The inside of each apartment is clean and modern which I appreciate as well. The only complaint I would have is that the gym is quite small ...but if you already have a gym membership or are considering one, that won't be a problem. I have officially lived here for one month as I write this review and I have really enjoyed it thus far.Property Manager Responded
