Problem fixed in minutes. Over the past year I’ve requested maintenance for changed lightbulbs, filters, a clogged drain & in each instance maintenance arrived quickly, were professional & corrected the problem in one visit. Also, I greatly appreciated that the community’s grounds have been well maintained, which I believe shows that not just management but ...neighbors / tenants want to keep our community looking as pristine as the day the grounds were created. Our leasing agent Kymberly was newer to this complex, but she made it a priority to answer my questions and was just as passionate about me making the right decision as I was. These are luxury apartments, they're pretty much always quiet, and everyone we've met has been kind. The inside of each apartment is clean and modern which I appreciate as well. The only complaint I would have is that the gym is quite small ...but if you already have a gym membership or are considering one, that won't be a problem.
