Loudest apartment I have ever lived in
March 12, 2025This building was built extremely poorly—you hear everything. Every cabinet slam, drawer slam, footsteps above you, tv’s vibrating through the walls at all hours, etc. It’s CONSTANT and there is no solution from management. For the price, you can easily find a quieter place in the area with better construction. I really wish I had seen a review like this before signing a lease.Property Manager Responded

May 22, 2024Great location and modern updated units. I especially love the in-unit W/D and central AC. The parking included is also a major plus. I have an EV and I was able to get a parking spot with an EV charging unit. Also a very dog friendly property, which is a big plus for me and my pup!Property Manager Responded

July 6, 2023AV8 is the best apartment building I have lived in so far. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. The hallways and units are clean and well-lit. I have very outgoing neighbors and have become friends with many of them. It truly feels like a wonderful community.
