Terrible
July 22, 2025Since moving in January there have been a few too many disruptions. Water has been turned off multiple times for a variety of reasons. False fire alarms have also gone off multiple times. The garage door hasn’t worked since I’ve been here and the front or back door has been broken at different times. They replaced the technology for the entries and doors that required them to come in to our apartments. They also had to come in to our apartments recently to fix something with the dryer or carbon ...monoxide stuff - no clue. Security of the building is chaos, doors are left open and don’t close all the way, especially with all the construction workers it’s ridiculous. They’re very disorganized. Any communication from them is just an explanation of all the issues without any real correction. Any concerns you express they do not care to remedy. Finally they are cleaning the outside of the building so scaffolding has gone up for weeks at a time so if you have a balcony, now you don’t. The area can get very noisy with all the construction going around, new high rise buildings on both sides. I am overall disappointed as I have lived in a couple buildings in San Diego bankers hill and was excited about this one!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

I have lived in the building for 7 years and have never experienced a rude person at the leasing office until a few days ago. Our nice welcoming feeling, has changed to corporate sass. May 24, 2021The Broadstone at Balboa Park has the most outstanding rooftop terrace, where the view of downtown San Diego, the Coronado Bridge & the San Diego Bay are magnificent, especially at sunset & the evening. They also have a wonderful outside barbecue area, lovely plunge pool & a fabulous gym, all kept extremely clean at all times.
