Great amenities, great location!

If you work near the New York metropolitan area, the Ave in Clifton is situated in a great location. It's close to train and bus transit creating a short commute as well as plenty of shopping malls, restaurants, food stores and plenty of activities. The property itself is well kept and offers luxury amenities. Rent includes daily continental breakfast with Starbucks coffee, local and national newspapers, 24 hour concierge service, business center, fitness center and pool. They also host a nice ...
reception for residents each month which are catered with light fare by local restaurants. It's a beautiful gesture. Garage parking is also available for an additional monthly fee. Otherwise, there is a small lot on the property or street parking is available. The pool can be quite busy on nice days so it can be competitive to get a lounge chair poolside. If you have kids, pool rules can be quite stringent so keep that in mind. The fitness center can also get full during peak hours as it has nice equipment, but very few cardio machines. The unfurnished suites for residents are spacious. They offer plenty of storage, have updated cabinets and appliances and each apartment is freshly painted and carpeted between tenants. The walls and ceilings are thinly insulated so they can be quite noisy if you have tenants living above. You can also hear noise from the hallways. If you live near the garage exit or entrance, the gates can also be quite noisy during peak commuting hours. Overall, the Ave has accommodating and friendly staff that are willing to do all they can to make their tenants comfortable. Few inconveniences detract from the luxury of the property, so if you're an easygoing person I highly recommend this property.

Apartment Heaven

It's no secret that the AVE is a beautiful apartment complex, but there is so much more to it. I am currently in a one bedroom apartment that has two awesome balconies, a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a big bathroom with a tub. Having amenities like a gym, a pool with lifeguards, and 24 hour security makes living at the AVE apartment Heaven!
