  • Beautiful New Community & Exceptional Team

    I recently moved into AVE Constitution at the Philadelphia Navy Yard, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The building is brand new, thoughtfully designed, and feels like true modern city living within a more peaceful, park-filled neighborhood. The amenity spaces are a major highlight the shared kitchen, lounge areas, gaming tables, and outdoor spaces make it easy to relax, work remotely, or host friends. Everything still feels fresh and upscale. What has really stood out, though, is ...
    the on-site team. From the first tour to move-in day, they have been incredibly welcoming, responsive, and proactive. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a great resident experience. Any question I’ve had has been answered quickly, and the communication has been seamless. I also love being at the Navy Yard it's clean, walkable, full of green space, and close to major employers. The free shuttles to Center City and the Broad Street Line make commuting easy.
