I love the culture here, it's the perfect blend of professionalism, kindness, and superb customer service. I feel safe and content at Ave... two very important things to feel when you live in central Phx. I'm always impressed with the maintenence and housekeeping crew - they seem to genuinely like their job and take pride in their work. Christie is wonderful, she will drop whatever she's doing to answer my questions. I really can't say enough positive things about living at Ave- so well ...

The level of care, trust, and transparency Christie handled my move In With coupled with that same level of care dedicated to fostering a welcoming residential community where staff and residence enjoy the experience of each other.
