October 6, 2024I love the culture here, it's the perfect blend of professionalism, kindness, and superb customer service. I feel safe and content at Ave... two very important things to feel when you live in central Phx. I'm always impressed with the maintenence and housekeeping crew - they seem to genuinely like their job and take pride in their work. Christie is wonderful, she will drop whatever she's doing to answer my questions. I really can't say enough positive things about living at Ave- so well ...managed. For the first time in 4 years, I actually want to renew my lease. You should take a tour if you are looking for an apartment.Property Manager Responded
