I feel safe and content at Ave... two very important things to feel when you live in central Phx. I'm always impressed with the maintenence and housekeeping crew - they seem to genuinely like their job and take pride in their work. Christie is wonderful, she will drop whatever she's doing to answer my questions. I really can't say enough positive things about living at Ave- so well ...managed.
