I love the culture here, it's the perfect blend of professionalism, kindness, and superb customer service. I feel safe and content at Ave... two very important things to feel when you live in central Phx. I'm always impressed with the maintenence and housekeeping crew - they seem to genuinely like their job and take pride in their work. The level of care, trust, and transparency Christie handled my move In With coupled with that same level of care dedicated to fostering a welcoming residential community where staff and residence enjoy the experience of each other.
