The best place to live!
March 5, 2024I've been a resident here for over a decade. AVE has made transition in my life an absolute pleasurable experience, and for all the right reasons. The staff is not only highly professional but is friendly and cares for each resident. The maintenance crew cares for the property as if it were their own. All of my maintenance requests have been answered in real time to take care of my needs. The facilities are comfortable, modern, safe, and enjoyable. I especially enjoy working out in the modern ...fitness center, and then spending a leisurely afternoon by the "island style" pool. Residents here feel as if they're in a local neighborhood. I recommend this place to many of my friends. Could not get a better place for temporary or long-term living.Property Manager Responded

Great apartment
March 5, 2024I have been living here for two years and it’s the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The management team is so helpful and understanding. The maintenance team works so hard to fix any issues. I had to get my water heater replaced and they came and replaced it right away. I do not plan on leaving this place for a long time. We have monthly community events and they are so much fun. I recommend anyone to come tour this complex. It is a amazing place with amazing people!Property Manager Responded

My honest review is contrary to two reviews below
April 2, 2017Expensive and not quiet Expensive and in not quiet area (major highway is nearby). Apartment is not spacious with an open floor plan and a small walk in closet in the bedroom. Maintenance is very slow to fix anything you need. I've have had many problems while living here. It's not a great apartment for the price. Inexpensive and quiet
August 5, 2015I've lived here for a year and a half. Very inexpensive and in a quiet area. Apartment is spacious with an open floor plan and walk in closet in the bedroom. Maintenance will fix anything you need when necessary. Never have had any problems while living here. Great apartment for the price.Property Manager Responded
