June 10, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI love this place so far! If something is wrong the maintenance staff responds quickly and fixes the issue right away! The gym is awesome and you have access 24/7 to everything you need! Everyone is polite and accommodating that works here as well!

May 30, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comIts a nice place. In general the amenities are good. I use the fitness center often. It is close to the West Orange Trail which is great for me. They fumbled big time on not making a tunnel under Oakland Ave to directly access the trail though. It is dangerous to cross the road without any crosswalk. 3 stars because I have a neighbor above me that is extremely loud. I notified the office and they called me about it but provided no resolution.
