December 29, 2023Beautiful apartments from the outside and the surface level of the apartment is amazing. These apartment were built July 2022 and we moved in April 2023 since then our AC has broken twice, our breakers for electricity short multiple times a week so there are multiple outlets we cannot use in our home. Our kitchen sink caulk was not done properly and started giving out a week ago (Dec 23) and the kitchen sink leaked EVERYWHERE. The sink was slowly drooping and they had to redo the caulking. October 30, 2023When we first moved in it was great. Everything was clean. Refrigerator had water filter for them to replace and A/C filter was a 3 month filter. As time went on there is dog waste everywhere, they don’t provide filter for the Refrigerator and A/C filter is the cheap one. Certain dogs on the contract were not allowed, but you see them everywhere now. I could go on with every rule they have broken. Management here is horrible and front office is very rude. April 27, 2023One major point that helped us make our decision to move into Avere Southside Quarter is the staff. They've made our move from halfway around the world very seamless. They've been proactive in addressing any of our questions and are fantastic folks to have on the team. The property is maintained very well, everything is organized, and the community is excellent.
