Best place since I’ve been in Florida!!!
October 18, 2025Moving from a home in Ga to a whole new state was scary all by itself. We’ve been in Florida 3 years now and have stayed in a few different apartment communities and the Avli by far the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Not only is the staff super nice and helpful but we’ve felt safe and so very comfortable here. The up-keep is amazing and I just feel that the people/community makes it very peaceful. It’s not loud or wild as we experienced in other communities. It’s just feels like home! When I come from work I ...come to a peaceful home!!!Property Manager Responded

Game-changer!
October 18, 2025The AVLI at Crosstown Center is a total game-changer! Not just saying this, seriously, best place I’ve lived at since I moved to Florida nearly 7 years ago. From the moment I walked in, it felt like stepping into a lifestyle, not just an apartment. The modern architecture, spotless common areas, and warm, welcoming staff made me instantly feel at home. The attention to detail here is unreal: high ceilings, gorgeous finishes, fixtures, modern style decorations and amenities that make every day ...feel like a staycation. The pool area? Pure resort vibes. The gym? Legit better than most commercial ones. And don’t even get me started on the community events, who else does themed socials, food trucks, and has It’s very own dog park so even your little fur babies feel right at home with their own Community! The energy here is vibrant and inclusive, with neighbors who actually talk to each other. It’s like someone designed the perfect balance between luxury and livability. Great Place to Live
October 17, 2025Living at the AVLI has been great. The staff is so friendly and receptive, the grounds are kept clean, other residents are quiet and courteous, the amenities are clean and nice, and I love how the complex will host monthly events - food trucks etc for the residents! I have not had a single bad experience since living here, which is why I continue to renew my lease. While it’s not the cheapest place to live in Tampa, it really is worth it and you 100% get what you pay for.Property Manager Responded

Looks are deceiving
February 12, 2025The apartments look nice and expensive, but the extras like “smart home” are not worth it. For how much the apartments cost to rent it’s shocking how many things are broken on the property. No one cleans up after themselves or their dogs. And you can hear everything your neighbors are doing and saying. There is no sense of community and the Avli lacks many of the little things I took for granted at other apartment communities.Property Manager Responded

Pretty to look at. Poorly built.
February 23, 2022I lived here for 15 months. The apartments and community is pretty to look at. The smart home features are also nice. The pool is also great with the exception of all the rules. Unfortunately the apartments are built poorly causing me to not give 5 starts. You can hear everything between the hollow floors and thin walls. Even walking the hallways there is a big echo. If you like to have people over and listen to music reasonably i don't recommend living here unless you want to deal with ...complaints. Also many don't follow the valet trash rules causing the hallways to smell most of the time. The original management company was amazing. Can't speak much on the new management company. Definitely a horrible experience living here once the new management arrived. If i could have left sooner i would have. Also make sure you professionally clean your apartment or they will charge you when you move out. A sweep, vacuum, and mop is not good enough. Not worth the $400+ rent hike.
