      So far we love living here. We feel much safer. Desiree and everyone in the office is so friendly and hard working. Desiree helped us move in and she really went above and beyond for us

      There will always be something with exit gates “Towing cars” that don’t belong in the parking but won’t do anything when something is ACTUALLY stolen. Fob key is useless. Anyone can get in. Literally anyone. Homeless can roam around and have roamed around.

      The community is friendly, but maintenance/management is subpar. I submitted a full list of things that needed fixing in my unit the I moved in, no one ever came to do anything about it.

      Apartment is great not what we expected with the carpet but very spacious. The apartment could have been a little cleaner for move in. The neighborhood is beautiful . We love the amenities available.

      The gates in and out of the apartment are continually broken, which makes me concerned about just anyone being able to enter the complex. If that were fixed, it would be 5 stars

      The apartment community continues to digress. Calling the office oftentimes results in no answers. Work orders take weeks to be filled. I was actually told by one maintenance worker/supervisor that if I wanted a work order completed, to do it myself. I’m constantly “following up” on things because of the lack of communication.

      Rent is really high why charge so much every year it go up $100.00. We pay are rent on time but it’s getting so expensive. They thank us for staying so long but then they charge me more smh
