      •Filthy move-in, zero management priority or follow-through Disappointed with my May 15th move-in. It looked "surface clean," but the kitchen was filthy: dead cockroaches in webs under cabinets, a greasy oven with a nasty floor beneath, and cat hair caked everywhere. The crew even pulled a "landlord special" and painted right over a feminine hygiene pad & leaving old fabric softener caked in the washer. On top of that, I can’t use my storage closet because they forgot to change the locks. I ...
      reported these issues like an easily clogged sink, I was told requests are handled by "priority." Clearly, giving a tenant access to their space or a clean home is zero priority here. They also bait-and-switch amenities; built-in microwaves are only for renovated units. It feels like if you don't pay for a renovation, management treats you like you don't matter. I was promised the manager, Isaac, would contact me. I’ve heard nothing. Beware: if you don’t get renovated, expect to be ignored.

      I loved how quickly we were able to schedule a tour.Nicole was very patient and understanding towards the paperwork process as that was the only confusing part of moving in and getting settled.I received consistent updates and notifications on what was next which was helpful!

      The location can’t be beat, and the staff is friendly. The apartment complex wall old is still fairly good. There are issues, of course ants in the building buildings
