January 15, 2026I used to live in AYA abq in until 2022, and came back a few weeks ago. So far I really can't complain. Not much has changed, which is good - staff is friendly, the units are comfortable and reasonably priced I think. I have not had any maintenance requests yet, though I imagine they will be handled once I do. They have a really decent gym, two pools, and reserved parking if you want it. November 21, 2025Compared to the other apartments I’ve lived at AYA ABQ definitely blows them out of the water. Between the great apartment and amenities or just the overall location. Only thing I have a slight problem with is the parking as I work nights and can’t find a spot when I tend to get home really late or early morning. I’ve already gotten into a mishap with a numbered parking and it’s like you’d have to pay for the reserve spot just to guarantee a spot for your car but that’s only in my case.
