July 1, 2025The price just keeps going up but no improvements are ever made. The parking is now an issue since they implemented the paid parking spots to alleviate the so called parking issues. June 12, 2025We moved in recently and enjoy the apartment so far. Standard apartment layout, but we have a great view of the valley from our balcony. There are a couple frustrating quirks, like the counter in the bathroom being only 2' 4" (shorter than my 3 yr-old niece)! Being over 6 feet tall, that's pretty frustrating. There are also a shocking lack of ceiling lights. But quirks aside, we do like the space. The complex has a good sense of community and energy as well. The staff we've interacted with have ...all been pleasant and easy to work with. If they could raise the bathroom counter and sink two feet up I would genuinely be so happy!Property Manager Responded

May 29, 2025Ever since Chris left as the head manager the complex has gone downhill. Last year they changed their rent payment system and didn’t tell anyone expect an advertising email talking about it. The email didn’t say it was mandatory to switch whatsoever and come the next month I had a late rent payment. Instead of admitting a communication error they doubled down and didn’t admit fault (I have the email saved and nowhere in it did it say we had to and only read as an advertisement to help earn points ...by paying rent). Parking is terrible and there are never any spots available since so many cars that don’t have passes are parked there and security does nothing to tow or fine them. Maintenance is very poor around the complex and always wants to take the easy way out. I had an issue with my bathroom sink emitting a horrendous odor and maintenance took weeks to resolve the issue after I repeatedly told them the cause and they disregarded it for weeks.Property Manager Responded

I wish it were more consistent. Also, the water is shut off once a month it seems like. May 6, 2025I just moved in, but overall, it has been good. However, there have been some drawbacks. I have found bugs in my apartment, which I was not expecting, especially because of the additional charge that is made on my monthly bill. I bought some bug spray, and thankfully, it looks like it is working, but it would've been nice to have moved into a bugless room.
