        Very centralized location. Accessible to every need from food to entertainment. Only thing is residents drive fast when children are present.

        Compared to the other apartments I’ve lived at AYA ABQ definitely blows them out of the water. Between the great apartment and amenities or just the overall location. Only thing I have a slight problem with is the parking as I work nights and can’t find a spot when I tend to get home really late or early morning. I’ve already gotten into a mishap with a numbered parking and it’s like you’d have to pay for the reserve spot just to guarantee a spot for your car but that’s only in my case. Other ...

        So far so good maintenance ain’t that great though you need some work office staff is nice. Nice swimming pools and weight room. Back resident gate is broken.

        There will always be something with exit gates “Towing cars” that don’t belong in the parking but won’t do anything when something is ACTUALLY stolen. Fob key is useless. Anyone can get in. Literally anyone. Homeless can roam around and have roamed around.
