        I recently moved in and was so surprised with how seamless the move in was. For starters, Pam was the perfect person to guide me through the different floor plans as I was undecided on just how much space would feel appropriate. She was patient, informative and straightforward in her responses to my many questions. I often feel like I need to read between the lines of ambiguous answers I tend to get from leasing agents while touring properties. I felt none of this during my tour of Azul and that ...
        quickly-gained trust has continued to build through my first few weeks living here thanks to her and David in the leasing office as well as Louis and Julio in maintenance. Genuinely kind folks who've been so attentive to the few maintenance things I needed done during move in. The facilities here are some of the best I've seen, especially the fitness center - it has more equipment than any other complex I've lived in or visited. The building is quite new so the apartment itself has all the newer appliances you'd hope for but somehow managed to install a gas stove and not electrical like most other newer buildings. This might not matter to most but for me, this makes all the difference as I cook quite a bit and find my cast iron pan takes a beating from the uneven cooking hot spots of coil stove tops. This is one of many small details often overlooked at most apartment complexes that add up to something far more worth the pricing tier.

        Fairly common living. Don’t live the aggressive dogs in my building. Have had 3 close calls with one in particular. My dog is 14 and deaf and nearly blind so I don’t like having rudely aggressive dogs run at us! And some of the younger residents are quite loud. But a nice place over all
