Best apartment complex ever!!!!!!
October 18, 2023Staff are so nice, the place is super duper clean, everyone is o friendly. The amenities are amazing and I use them everyday. Study areas are great too. There are so many events that happen on a weekly basis which really makes the place a home. The area is also close to a lot of things so you don't have to drive far out for much. When I toured this property I knew was my new home.
July 3, 2023Maria was a gracious and patient guide throughout the entire touring process and through to lease signing (and then some). Preston is a great prop/community manager and Bryan works to keep tenants feeling at home and engaged in social activities. Jessica is always willing to help (no matter how many times she's asked) and you can't beat the maintenance guys, especially since I locked myself out the first night I moved in and Phil was on point within 5 min. Nice people and amenities, but so loud
March 17, 2023I kept holding out on submitting a review in hopes things would improve, but I finally gave up. I would not recommend this building. I have lived here since last summer when it opened, and while the amenities and units are beautiful and the staff team is friendly, I feel that I could have found a more affordable option with fewer problems. I have lived in apartments and townhomes before, but I have never experienced so many issues. For starters, the fire alarm goes off every time there is bad ...weather at any hour. It is so loud, you have to evacuate. It happens so frequently (at least once a month, multiple times a day), I fear no one will take it seriously if there ever is a true emergency. It would be ok during the summer when the building was still being completed, but it is still happening after all this time. Some of the unit styles also have no carpet, which seemed nice to me, but the floors and walls are so thin, you can hear everything. The person above me definitely did not buy area rugs, so I can hear every footstep, including those of pets. I’ve complained multiple times when it is exceptionally loud at late hours, and it has not improved. There is also a train right behind the building, which runs at all hours. This building is certainly not for light sleepers! Something is also always broken in my unit. The maintenance team is wonderful and quick to respond, but I have had to file requests for multiple leaks in my ceiling, repairs from where they went in to fix the leaks, a faulty washing machine, leaking water heater, faulty ADT lock system, and my ice maker still doesn’t work (I gave up on that). This is a new building!!! I think it was just built quickly rather than built well. For as expensive and luxury as this apartment appears, you can find another with same perks and less trouble.Property Manager Responded
