March 2, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comI lived in Abberly Pointe( Ashton Pointe) from 2014-2018. The only reason I left was because I purchased a home. The community was quiet and the grounds were well maintained. Brian was the maintenance man when I was there and he was AWESOME. All requests were filled in a timely manner and he was very friendly and professional. The men that took care of the landscaping were all friendly as well. There was always a smiling face and a wave hello when I passed by. The office staff....everyone there ...was nice and helpful. I had no complaints the entire time I was there. Parking was never an issue, the walls are constructed well so I rarely ever heard my neighbors. The apartments are spacious and flow well. I loved the pool, gym and the car care center. The reason I am writing a review now is because I'm moving to a new state and realize how important reviews are when looking at properties online.
