    Don’t waste your time trying find a new place. The management at this place never actually solve problems, but fine you not putting your garbage can out after 9 AM while trash pickup happens at 2-3 AM.

    Avoid this place. It’s a noisy, poorly managed student dorm that’s not worth your money. The management has clearly given up, and some arrogant leasing staff makes things worse. With no insulation, you won't need to set an alarm—your neighbor can wake you up at 3 a.m. every night! Security is also lacking, and some apartments are listed online as short-term rentals by the renters

    The property is poorly built with walls as thin as paper. Your neighbors can party with loud music anytime after midnight, and non-residents freely use the gym. The elevator always has a smell. The leasing office won't solve any concerns or reply to any emails. Additionally, some agents are very impatient with tenants.

  • Terrible place and the worst staff DO NOT CARE

    I lived here for 18 months. The Jacuzzi is broken never hot. Pool area is wrecked by teens that don’t even live there. The furniture is all stained and smoke burnt marks at the pool area. Extremely noisy. The side gate is always broken so anyone can walk into the complex. The gate for the car park is always broken. The door buzzer is broken. The door is always broken and open. People who don’t live there have access to the pool area at the weekend and it’s not policed. There is no security. ...
    Honestly don’t even waste your time with this place, you will be fooled.

We hope you've had the chance to enjoy the new lounge chairs under the Skye lounge and the table near the grills. Additionally, we are updating the pool chairs this month. We provide after-hours security, including at the pool, to ensure a trouble-free experience so residents can fully enjoy their summer.     One word to describe the staff at Scott Crossings.........AMAZING!!!! The staff which includes Stanley, Stefon, Desi & Courtney are all so pleasant every time I come into the Office.     took a look at all of the apartments in the area and had made a choice on an apartment that wasn't Scott Crossings. Before I signed my lease I received a call from a gentleman named Stefon about a scheduled tour with him. I let him know that I was no longer interested and that I had found a place. He was super pleasant about it and we joked about how his community had way more amenities, which was true. It made me second guess my decision and I also wanted to be closer to the shops and restaurants. So I scheduled a tour with him for the next day (best decision I made) My boyfriend and I met with him at Point on Scott and I liked the those apartments but I was not yet sold so he suggested we take a walk across the street to the sister property which was Scott Crossing. He thought it would be more my speed and the community was brand new!! As soon as we entered the building I knew that I was home. There was a beautiful fragrance in the air and it felt warm and welcoming. The amenities were AMAZING and I knew as soon as I saw the rooftop pool that I was ready to sign on the doted line.   • Better options, poor construction, No call box.

    Moved cross country from LA. Cannot wait until our lease is up. Horrible construction, can hear every foot step above your head, impossible to sleep well. The garage gate is constantly broken, the doors are often broken and don't lock. There is NO call box that is functioning. You cannot receive packages once the leasing office closes. ( at 6pm).     a fancy college dorm, that smells like weed. But if thats's your vibe, it's perfect for you. On a positive, the barista is great, and maintence is pretty quick for apt. Related issues. Building issues take longer. We had a fire exit door broken, that was unable To open from the outside for over 6 months. Had to get the fire dept, and the city involved in getting it fixed.

    My partner and I leased before even physically touring the apartment, knowing it was the best of the best in Atlanta. Guy was super helpful throughout the entire process, from answering all of our questions and giving us a FaceTime tour to working with his manager to get the exact lease date and terms we wanted.   • A place you can call home

    Once I stepped into this building I felt at home. The staff here are so warm and welcoming. Guy took me on a tour and I knew I was going to move in here. He was excellent. I toured the neighbors I.e inkwell and Baxter and they are nothing compared to Scott crossing. Yes, scott crossing is pricey but worth every cent. Keep it up guys
