We find the village quiet, believe it to be very safe and anytime we need something repaired or replaced, they are quick to respond. Abberly Village Apartment Homes is a beautiful, well-kept community with spacious, modern apartments and great amenities. The staff is friendly, responsive, and makes the entire living experience feel easy and welcoming. The resort-style pool, fitness center, and clubhouse give the property a true luxury feel while still being comfortable and homey. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to live in the Columbia area and I highly recommend it.

Looked at a few places near West Columbia and Lexington and Abberly Village had a few apartments available for our time. We are very happy here. It's more modern and sunny than where we were. The maintenance and office staff are excellent. it's like a mini resort.
