A Beautiful community with exceptional customer service!

From the moment I arrived at Abberly, I was greeted with a warm welcome and exceptional customer service. The community itself is beautiful. Grounds are well maintained. The young lady that toured me seemed to be just as excited about being here as I was. If your looking for a place that feels like home from the moment you tour schedule your appointment at Abberly today. Their knowledge and hospitality stands out,! Oh and spacious the rooms are so big.

I enjoyed my time at Abberly Waterstone- it was safe, clean and overall quiet and close to everything. I would have stayed but unfortunately for single income, rent would have been unaffordable this year (after almost 5 years) maintenance was quick and helpful, management was responsive and amenities nice.

Abberly Waterstone is quiet, clean, beautiful, with great amenities. Close to base, about a 15 minute drive. The staff is quick to address any issues and are very friendly. We worked with Mary Ellen and she has been nothing short of absolutely great and pleasant.

We really enjoy living at Abberly Waterstone. The community amenities are well kept and add to the living experience - ie: gym, pool, game room, etc. Also, it is a very safe place to live and to raise small children. Staff is very courteous and neighbors are respectful of one another. The groundskeepers do a great job too of maintaining the lawn and landscaping, which adds to the beauty of the place.

This community truly is one of a kind! Management greets you by name, maintenance is quick to respond to request and resolve any issues! The amenities are stellar and well kept! Great spot for military, in a safe and clean area, and convenient location to both Fredericksburg and Garrisonville! Highly recommend!

The whole TEAM is amazing!!! Extremely professional and courteous. I have seen them working together in the middle of the night shoveling snow and freezing but that didn’t stop them from having a smile on their face. I have lived at communities where they did not care about their residents or the beauty of their landscaping (pet poop, weeds, trash, etc.). They LISTEN to their residents needs and make sure we are heard!!! I am a pet owner and they recently started a program that takes pets dna to ...

see who isn’t picking up after their pets. Just the implementation alone cleaned up the community!! Oh and did I mention their resident events!!!! They are awesome!! Recently went to BINGO night and it was THE BEST TIME!! Stephanie and Raymond are by far the best addition to their office staff!!!
