It seems to be a great neighborhood with a lot of kids. Management is kind and responsive. The rooms are smaller than I’m used to, especially the smallest room. There are a lot of spiders all over the outside of the buildings. I have seen a beetle crawling on my child’s toys. Saw a silver fish? I think it was, near my pets food. Weird worm like thing with spikes in bathroom, carpet beetles. There is also no half bath downstairs, there is a big walk in walk through pantry but if they would’ve ...
given me half of the pantry and a half bath I would be a lot happier. I like that it’s a townhome and theres a big space out back for kids to play. But no playground or grills.
