Absolutely Horrible Living Experience
January 5, 2024I could write pages and pages of complaints about Abbey Walk, but I'll just write an abbreviated list of the worst issues I endured while living here throughout 2023: - FOUR separate floods caused by old and faulty plumbing - Cockroaches consistently despite keeping our space clean and having maintenance spray - A spricket infestation in late spring-early summer - Moldy shower - Moldy carpets after the third flood - Incredibly loud neighbors and no soundproofing whatsoever - Dismissive staff who ...brushed off (and literally hid) our noise complaints, and seemed to not take our issues seriously There's so many more things I can include, but these are the highlights. You won’t get your security back
August 7, 2023The maintenance team is bad, the grounds are always trashed and I had to fight tooth and nail for a 1/4 of my deposits back. It's terrible
December 15, 2022Neighbors are very unclean. Apartments are not clean, near hoarding conditions in most units, no one wants to clean any room in unit. Drugs run amuck around that complex. Multiple overdoses a week and cop visits often. Completely infested with roaches and bed begs and there's no way of getting rid of them. 0/10 would not recommend, I would give 0 stars if it was possibleReview from Apartments.com

Bed Bugs and Roaches
October 13, 2020I moved in here with my boyfriend whose been living here 3 years. He told me the first year he got bed bugs! Then there's the roach problem. You will see 2-3 roaches a week minimum. The place smells like weed and cigarettes. The police get called often. The laundry room is pretty gross with more roaches down there then anywhere else. The windows are not sound proof or weather proof what so ever. Everyone has a dog so you will hear barking. The location is nice though. The bathroom is fine I ...guess. Be careful
February 3, 2018Be very very careful when you move in, check and write down every little thing. I never used the storage space behind the mirror because it was so dirty when I moved in. I never even opened it! However, I was charged for a glass chip of the mirror in the “coner”. Also the carpets are decades years old and appear that way. I was charged $145 for carpet cleaning even though I noted many stains on the carpet when I moved in. October 24, 2017Me and my girlfriend applied to this complex at the beginning of October we told them our credit wasn’t the greatest told them I had a minor charge on my background after almost 3 weeks later they finally call us and tell us we were denied saying that I hadn’t had my job long enough when I’ve had a job for 3 years I just recently changed employment and they tried to say I’ve been only working for 90 days after how honest we were they basicially guaranteed it.so after $30.00 app fee from me and ...my girlfriend $60.00 total and a hold I fee of $100 we got screwed out of 60.00 I wouldn’t recommend applying hereRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
