July 3, 2024I have been here for almost 6 years. Long story short I may have no AC (b/c the maintenance team says there isn't anything wrong with it) but I guess I've never had to deal with bugs and the lawns and pavement are being redone.. The price is a little expensive for what it is but pretty much everywhere in Columbus is that way it seems.Review from Apartments.com

The office staff have been so helpful, maintenance is quick to respond and get the job done. All staff members are very kind, personable and professional. December 13, 2023I love living here with one exception. We have been told for the last three years that the major potholes and repaving would be fixed. It has done some major damage to my car. June 29, 2023Be sure to know who you are living next to. I wake up and go to bed with the smell of marijuana. Not everyday but about 3 to 4 days out of the week. The pet clean up is not enforced. So I have to let my 6 yr old know to watch where she steps. These places are overpriced compared to others that have central air, a park or pool. I've lived here since 2019 and I think things like the cabinets, carpet and blinds need upgraded. The area and school district is the reason I am still here.Property Manager Responded

March 8, 2023This place needs improvement from soffits down to pot holes. Winter time the windows sucks with cold air n snow coming into apartment . Toilet have to be flushed at least three times before body materials leave down . Everyone comes in to dump their garbage in bins which leave no place for tenants. EtcProperty Manager Responded
