Ablelight Does NOT Know Senior Housing
May 26, 2024Are you looking for reliable, experienced property management in your senior housing? Do your homework & think twice about Ablelight Village. They do not know senior housing, They've failed in property management and in industry-standard acknowledgement and repair of a major water leak. The leak caused me and my late husband THREE water leak situations over a year. The situation was not immediately addressed even though there was dripping water on the kitchen floor from the roof. Of course there ...are residents oblivious to the effects of these incidents. If you ask them, they may say their experience here is wonderful or they may not. Look behind the curtain and ask management about the year-long third floor leak and lack of timely response. Ablelight will sugar coat it because they did not have to live through it and are unable to comprehend their morally murky behavior. There are an above average amount of improperly handled incidents including allowing two 75-year old residents to change furnace filters for the apartments. New property management has been brought in. Beware, Ablelight still owns this place. Behind the scenes Ablelight is disconnected from their senior housing catastrophe and try hard to just sweep it under the rug.
