Beautiful
January 6, 2026I only toured this place, I never lived here but live nearby. The 1 bedroom with den is really nice. Clean and new. The bedroom can fit a king sized bed and 2 nightstands. The kitchen has plenty of space. I love the washer and dryer. The enclosed outdoor area makes having a dog easier. The area is safe and quiet. Plenty of places to walk your dog from the complex in the neighborhood. They keep the pool 82ish in the winter and hot tub 101 so using the amenities is possible all year. October 6, 2025This quiet affordable upscale community of little houses with your own little yard, fits your every need. My stress level went from ten to zero just by enjoying being at home. The staff is professional, friendly and always available. The amenities are reasonable and you will use them. My neighbors are friendly and courteous. February 27, 2025I’ve been living in this community for about a month now. Overall I’ve really enjoyed my time. I love having a detached unit so you still get the benefits and security of community living with privacy and solidarity. Community is well maintained and everyone has been friendly from neighbors/other tenants to the staff I’ve met. No place is perfect so there can be a few things someone may not like or is more of a priority for them but this community is basic which is what I was looking for. I did ...not need all these amenities (and fees!) and it’s been really nice to be somewhere where I can have the luxury of a pool and some shared space but still have my own patio so I’m not surprised with fluctuated fees each month when I don’t use certain areas. I am very happy and can’t wait to continue living in ny new home!Property Manager Responded

From the very start, the ladies in the front office Lori and Gabriella were very helpful, professional, and friendly. The property is very nice and well kept. The maintenance guys do an excellent job of keeping the property looking great. Overall, I’m very happy.
