I would not rent from here. The property manager lied several times he came up to the apartment to check the hot water used a regular thermometer to check it. It was below the temperature that it should’ve been stated New York State guidelines, which were not accurate. Check the hot water myself several different times was way below had to boil, hot water to wash dishes properly and in addition I was told after several different complaints that it was because it was a corner apartment. In ...
addition, the windows still would not latch completely was promised again by the property management that it would be fixed. It was in the middle of winter, and it still was not fixed. It was leaking cold air throughout the bedroom. Lastly, there was black mold, hidden under paint regarding safety this apartment the well it may have the alarm system on everything, everybody lets everybody in and the back door on the one side is constantly blocked open, which allows people to come in and out.

. My pregnant fiancé and myself are looking forward to our baby being born here. It’s pretty cool that the place used to be a bank and the location couldn’t be better. The view is incredible probably my favorite part of the place, besides the location. Definitely a great place to call home and to start a family.

Well. My baseboards are seperating and cabinets are splitting. I need a fix now for what I pay monthly. It has increased more than 400 dollars a month since my first quote. I am here because I work downtown but this is ridiculous. The on-site personnel are great. This company is a leech. Building is not even half renovated. Blood in lift 3 has been here since I moved in.

She really helped take the stress out of moving, and I appreciated how welcoming she was. Overall, everything felt simple and well-organized, and I’m very happy with my experience!
