March 11, 2025I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Arica Apartments. It’s truly a great place to call home. We haven’t had any issues during our time here, and everything has run smoothly. The office management is always friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. My son has been living here for a few years now, and it’s been a fantastic place for him as well. The community is quiet and well-maintained, and it’s been a safe, comfortable place for our family. Highly recommend!Review from Apartments.com
worst place to live
July 5, 2019this place is terrible. very cheap. the manager keeps making up rules along the way. you will get fined for the littlest things. they continue to raise the rent. it is a very dangerous area. save your money and check out another apartment because you will be very unhappy here.Property Manager Responded

Lovely Apartments close to CSU & Downtown
May 27, 2014My roommate and I love acacia apts. It is by far the best complex in our area with a pool, gym, animal friendly environment, community events, and a staff that goes up and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend.
