Amazing Apartment Experience
December 26, 2025I’ve had a great experience living at Academy Park Apartments!! The pool is amazing and always well kept and the staff has been incredibly kind and helpful from day one. We had a maintenance issue over the summer, and the maintenance crew was extremely attentive and professional. Our apartment is updated and has been a huge upgrade from my previous place. going downhill
September 23, 2025the main leasing agent is making it go downhill . families and good residents are moving away as the grounds rink of marijuana and random tenants move in and out of empty apartments. TERRIBLE management, do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
June 4, 2017Love living here! Extremely quiet and peaceful! Safe area to live in and close to shopping and park right behind. Friendly people, very neighborly. Love the layout of apartments and very big. So convenient to have laundry room right off kitchen. Ample amount of storage. My apartment is brand new and I love it. New units available. Swimming pool by office. The property manager and maintenance man are extremely friendly! Just a very nice and safe place to live, even my dog loves it here.
