Great location but ROACHES everywhere

The location of the complex Is great. The space of the apartment is good however they have a serious roach infestation. No matter how much they would come in to do a treatment they would keep popping out. And in fact they were German roaches. I went to a one week vacation and came back with 5 roaches roaming around the kitchen and more that were dead in the cabinets mind you I kept my house extra clean. And the smell of humidity was insane.

First year living here was great.. fast forward to almost 3 years z& maintenance has been unresponsive & my apartment has roaches. It’s disgusting and the team does nothing to rectify. I requested to be placed in a new unit and was denied unless I wanted an increase in rent.. would not recommend

The staff at Academy Village are wonderful! They are attentive and caring and no email or call goes unanswered. The community is quiet, clean and always kept up to the highest standard. It’s very family oriented so it’s safe for the little ones too. I love living here and highly recommend it!

I just renewed my second year in this community. I love living here. They maintain the surroundings very clean. The maintenance staff are great, they respond very quickly any problems you may have. All office staff are awesome, Anita explain very well your lease agreement, you can tell she love her job. We do fun comunnity activities and they are always happy to see you. In Overall, I recommend this place! Of course they deserve 5 star. Lourdes :)

We have lived here since 2007. Great location and very clean neighborhood but rent started fair but has increased year after year. And to top it off, the maintenance can hardly ever correctly fix problems in our apartment.

This place of residence is quiet and clean. The property manager stays on top of everything. The grass is well maintained, the pools are clean, the dumpster is always clean. Maintenance is always on time and on point. They even have activities for their residence. I would recommend this place
