ABORT - DO NOT LIVE HERE
May 14, 2025I have lived here for over a year and cannot leave soon enough. This apartment complex is cheap and you will see why if you move in. CHEAP appliances that break or do not work properly. Do not expect to get a replacement. I've been waiting for a new washer/dryer for over a month. I've been told every week for a month that it was ordered and will be here next week. I currently have a bug infestation in my apartment. Do they call someone to spray? No, they give me a half a bottle of bleach and tell ...me to pour it down my drain. When the current property manager quits/gets fired, their paperwork is not in order and you have to fill out the same paperwork in order for anything to get done. I've filled out the same request for a washer/dryer three times. The floors are the cheapest quality. When I moved in, they didn't even clean it beforehand, when expect you to have it spotless when you move out. FLAT OUT TRASH.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Poor maintenance and indifferent staff
January 21, 2025Since the new owners took over and staff were laid off, the community is grossly understaffed and the office is closed more than it is open. The old buildings and equipment are falling apart and they don’t want to replace anything. It’s shiny on the outside but the bones are bad. I don’t recommend staying here.Review from Apartments.com

August 8, 2019We loved it here! Very sad to go, but we are moving out of state. The staff here is amazing! Heather, Kylie, and the maintenance crew are just the best. The apartment itself is wonderful as well. We have storage on our patio and a good amount of room in the apartment. We even have a washer/dryer combo in our apartment! They do have a locked laundry facility (for bigger items we take them there), locked gym, locked business center (residents are given the code to open these). Everything in the ...complex is kept up nicely ( the pool, landscaping, facilities, etc.). I also want to mention I feel very safe here. It is not gated, but it feels like it is. I rarely see people I don’t recognize. It stays pretty quiet here (which we love). Pet friendly community (dog bags and trash stands are provided around the community). There are no assigned parking spots, but there are always spots right in front of our unit. A/c in apartment is fantastic. We always come home to a cool apartment. I have no complaints at all! Thank you for such a pleasant stay. Wish every apartment complex was like this one.Property Manager Responded

Good Starter Apartment
August 16, 2015For the most part I'm happy with this apartment. It's very affordable, safe and in a good location. The apartments are very pet friendly. My biggest complaint is that we had a lot of maintenance issues, but the staff was very good about fixing them in a timely manner. The staff has always been friendly and real personable with us. The only other issue with the apartment was that we had an insect problem. Overall I like living here and would recommend it to a friend.Review from Apartments.com
