Do not move here to save your life!
November 21, 2024I'm not behind on my rent. I have lived at Terraces at Fieldstone for a little over two years. Due to their negligence, I have been sick the entire time with ongoing fungal infections in my ear and on my body. BLACK MOLD! I had no heat at all during the winter until spring. I could go on, but if that didn't convince you, I do not know what will.Review from Apartments.com

July 5, 2024Ive been a resident here for over 3 years and I must say management is horrible ( All they care about is New Tenants just to get there money and treat them The exact same way, unacceptable) . Never available to answer concerns /questions , Ms. Brandi (property manager) in the office attitude is nasty / disgusting (she dismisses you without listening) . Ive set appointments to speak with her on multiple occasions and all was unsuccessful! Corporate office is no better , they dont answer nor ...return calls . After calling and calling about an apartment we finally got a call a week later stating they have no vacancies and we can be put on a wait list. April 21, 2022The property used to be well kept from ground keeping to customer service. The phone are barely answered; the gate is constantly broken; the trash compactor is not always tidy and the breeze way is nit keep clean. There are any beds everyday, trash left by residence in the street; the vacuum does not work well where residence can usage for cleaning purposes. Loud music is played throughout the residence. The mailroom works sometimes and owners of pets allow there pet to pooped on the grounds. The ...property is Not Manicured well including the entrance to the residence. It’s sad for a nice property to go down. March 16, 2022Overall I have not had the best experience with Terraces of Fieldstone. Management staff is dismissive and genuinely dont seem to care. The maintenance staff is slow and will only temporarily fix issues until the break down again. Then its another temporary fix. Its nothing really special about the apartment and it definitely can use an update. The one good thing is that the neighborhood is quiet.Review from Apartments.com
