September 30, 2024place is gross, has roaches and bugs, pay for pest control yet when you request it they don’t come. pay for valet trash & they pick it up when they want to, some days not at all leaving animals to pick through it. management sucks, the hours aren’t correct & they barely answer the phone. rent prices are waaayyyy more somehow once you move in. Awful management
May 16, 2022Office staff is lazy and don't want to do their jobs. Will not get up to greet you. Completely rude and unfriendly and unprofessional. Never answer the phone. Would Not Recommend
July 27, 2016DON'T LIVE HERE if you can avoid it. The new Hawthorne management will not help you if you have issues. My roommate and I arrived for a summer internship to a unit overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke. It saturated my clothes and ruined several of my belongings. I asked the management for over four weeks to help resolve the issue and they did nothing to get rid of the smell or to compensate us for the cost of buying new things and dry-cleaning.
