I feel so grateful to live in such a nice place for a somewhat reasonable amount for Austin. It's a great location! So close to the best things to do in Austin! Even though it's in the middle of the city it has lots of trees and feels very calm most of the time.

It’s dated and the gym is lacking but the size price and location make up for that .
