Very Very Noisy!
September 5, 2024This place has been horrible the last year with noisy neighbors and the middle school across the street. There’s yappy dogs everywhere and loud mufflers waking you up at all times (since tenants work different hrs). Also the groundskeepers and maintenance guys have no consideration yelling to each other at 7 am and making noises with their work while the front office does nothing when you complain. I told them about some tenants that are still setting off fireworks (two months after the Fourth of ...July) and the girl denies it’s even on the property when it was right by my apartment. My car got broken into last Feb. and they still haven’t called me about seeing the cam footage in the front of the property. They just don’t care!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 8, 2020I have lived at Acerno Villas Apartment Homes for the past 7 ½ years and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences thus far and hope it will continue as is. I love this community; these are great apartments in a great area of Las Vegas that’s quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. Acerno Villas is clean, safe, and well maintained. The apartments are spacious and the amenities are excellent! The Maintenance (Alfredo, Maintenance Mgr.) and the Office Staff (Don, Community Mgr. & Stephanie, Leasing ...Agent) are always friendly, responsive, incredibly helpful, prompt, and professional! I’ve been very satisfied with the quality of resident care and service that Acerno Villas and its employees have offered me. I LOVE THIS PROPERTY AND THEIR STAFF!
April 27, 2020I have been living here for a while and I love my apartment, their amenities and facilities. I like the location and my view of the mountains, is amazing. The new management is constantly upgrading everything. Don, Stephanie and their team are very attentive and polite. The maintenance is excellent, they check and fix everything immediatly. Love Love Love this place
November 15, 2017I've lived here now for 1 year and will be renewing my lease. This management and maintenance here are amazing. They have done so many improvements in the time I've been here from painting the buildings to, completely renovating the clubhouse. They have the coolest coffee bar that the staff designed. It's gorgeous. Work orders are done in a timely fashion. I've always lived in apartments, and this is by far the best one I've lived in. Of course the rent has gone up quite a bit, but with the ...improvements, and condition of the grounds, not to mention the way the location has developed over the past few years, I think the apartment and the size of the bedroom is worth the price. Amazing area decent floorplans
August 9, 2015Pros: The area is really quiet. Close to schools. Major water park around the corner. Management maintains the grounds meticulously including pest control. Floorplans are decent. Full sized washer and dryer. Nice sized patio with storage. Cons: Walls are a little thin. My upstairs neighbors are ridiculous and we hear everything. Sometimes the pictures on the wall rattle when they stomp. Management leaves no wiggle room. They are strict to the book and don't waiver. No exceptions.Review from Apartments.com
