July 1, 2025Pros Maintenance guys are great Cons Awful lease Management Overcrowded Loud Poor construction Cheap amenities Valet trash Dont let the 6-8 weeks free and gift card fool you. they've been running that special for over a year. you'd think at some point they'd realize that maybe lowering the outrageous rent would bring more people in. We moved into a brand new unit and it was already falling apart. Scratches on walls, lights falling out, ect... the walls and floors are so thin you can ...hear everything your neighbors are doing and all the construction in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is also full of kids that run around at all times of the day throwing everything around from the amenity areas and screaming. Even though this place is only about 2 years old, all the amenities are already worn out and barely work. Even if they weren't so worn out, good luck being able to use it because there are always parties going on with large groups. The lease here is basically like living in an HOA from hell. We were sent an eviction notice for having blackout shades in our window during summer because they were reflective and not white and for having Halloween lights on our balcony the week after Halloween. But these things only seem to matter based on the location of your unit because when you walk around the neighborhood, you'll notice all the boxes and trash on other people's balconies that they don't seem to care about. This may be a pro to some people but the valet trash here is also awful. You are required to pay 30 a month for this service where they miss your trash at least once a month. They will be quick to leave a note on your door if the trash is too heavy or the trash bag is the wrong color but no one cares when they don't show up on thursday and the next collection day is Sunday. So hopefully you live next to the only dumpster on site so you don't have to drive your trash over in your car like most people have to. We finally moved out and got some salt in the wound with a 300 dollar charge to clean our already clean apartment so don't plan on getting your deposit back.
