May 3, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI personally do not recommend this apartment complex.There are ongoing issues with unit appliances that they can’t handle or gain control of. Weeks & weeks will go by with broken appliance (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, sink, toilet, shower). In some cases, concerns raised by residents were not addressed. Beautiful property, and conveniently located in a desired area of queen creek but definitely not worth the hassle. While some staff were courteous, I found the overall management approach ...to be inconsistent and at times unresponsive. I believe there are better-maintained and more professionally managed options in the area.
