UNSAFE Property
March 29, 2025This place is not safe, and management only seems to care about getting people into leases and collecting rent. I’ve lived here for years, and it’s gone downhill fast. - Frequent crime : Shootings at night, break-ins in both apartments and cars, and even stolen license plates. - Broken gate, No security : The gate is always broken, allowing anyone, including homeless individuals, to enter freely. - Residents feel unsafe : People have been followed home by criminals, making it a dangerous place ...to live. - Security is useless : Calls for help go unanswered, and when they do show up, they take a few pictures and leave. - Not a safe place to live : If you value your safety, stay far away. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They will not work with you no matter what happened in their OWN propertyProperty Manager Responded

Don’t waste your time.
April 20, 2022Terrible place to live. Constantly reminded of the “no smoking” rule and “no noise during quiet hours” rule, yet there’s dog poop everywhere. Trash is constantly left around the neighborhood. Not sure why the rent is so high for such a disgusting environment.Property Manager Responded

We take pride in our communities staying clean and having residents follow policies. Sometimes our emails or letters will be directed on minimal topics to ensure clear communication is provided for such issues, and then we will send out something additional at another time. We have sent multiple community letters out addressing all community concerns and policy reminders, and will be certain to send another soon, with direct information pertaining to your concerns as well.
