If you want a clean, quiet space to live in the middle of the city close to delicious food, markets, fun activities, bookstores and shopping, this is your spot. Your just steps away from all the action but still have all the peace and quiet you need after a long days work. Admo heights has been a great place to live so far!

Deceiving aesthetics and plagued with issues

Looks like a very modern and beautiful apartment from the outside. Numerous issues will not become apparent unless you are very diligent in your research or experience living here for a couple months. Unfortunately, most of my interaction with residents involves complaining about mutual issues and some have already managed to terminate their lease. The heating and cooling system in the units are plagued with issues, the property is heavily understaffed, and repairs typically take months to complete. If you enjoy the neighborhood, there are many other nearby options. Avoid this building unless you want to get stuck in a lease termination battle.

I moved into Admo Heights and I love living here! The onsite management was extremely courteous and I am a stone's throw from all of the restaurants and nightlife in Adams Morgan. My apartment is so bright and the windows are amazing. The appliances are beautiful and the decor goes with all my furniture options.
