Would not Reccomend
January 1, 2018At first it was great. Now I realize none of my amenities (Washer/dryer, water heater, etc) really work. 7 minute showers and still wet clothes after 3 drying cycles in the dryer. I’m told that’s basically how the dryer is and that if I want a hot shower then all things that require heat in the house must be turned off. Everything that requires heat was turned off and I still only get a hot 7 minute shower. The office hours are terrible as well. There isn’t a box to drop off rent so if you need ...to turn in your rent on time you better not have a 9-5 job because that’s their office hours. You can pay online but they charge you $20 extra to do it that way. Cabinet space and drawer space in the kitchen is very limited, I couldn’t even place a silver ware divider in the drawer. And larger bowls don’t fit because they stick out so I have at least 3 cabinets sticking out. I will say the location is the only good part. Everything is within a mile from the complex: food, dog park, hair salons, gas, grocery, etc. I would not say though it’s worth the amount of rent they charge.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Everything we expected
September 24, 2015Everything at Adagio has been as described. Love that they pick up the garbage and recycling 5 times a week from my front door. Only complaint is many neighbours have dogs and they don't always clean up after them.Review from Apartments.com

September 14, 2015I am a resident of 6 years and very happy to live here. The office staff is very friendly, professional and willing to meet all my needs, more so the maintenance crew give excellent service and are so friendly, competent and just plain wonderful, the grounds all around the apartments are kept up very well. There is a great fitness center that is adjacent to the office building and is well equipped. There also is a pool on site. Another great advantage is that I am within walking distance of a ...great and good supermarket and several restaurants. This definitely is a winner as far as apartments go. August 8, 2015I have lived here for over 4 years now...alone then with my daughter, then the granddaughter came....we all love it. Clean Pool, Clean Gym, Amazing Office and Staff, Great Service although very rarely needed. Friendly atmosphere and Very Pet Friendly as well. Competitive pricing overall. The overall #1 reason I will remain here is not only do I have a little gardening freedom and creative freedom to individualize my living space but mostly is I feel totally SAFE living here. Between the ...lighting and frequent passings by of the staff it is awesome security for females on their own and my little granddaughter!!! With my Mountain views and spacious lawns and bar b q areas it feels like I have so much space and privacy as well. August 11, 2015My husband and I have lived in Adagio at Corner Canyon Apartments for almost 18 months now and we love it here! It's the first place that has felt like home for me in a long time. We have lived in several apartments over the years and Adagio, by far, has the best management. Everyone who works here is always willing to help you or work with you. The leasing agents are so kind and their maintenance team is great and is always time efficient. Besides the great people and feeling of community, these ...apartments are super cute and cozy. They have renovated them a lot since we first moved in and are really doing their best to update these apartments. They look brand new, but they still stick with the old price. I love the quietness here, landscape, beautiful big trees, and duck pond. I love to sit out there and relax at the end of a hectic day. The pond is a really nice bonus. The quality of the apartments are great too. They have their quirks just like any older apartment, but the maintenance guys are always quick to fix any issues. All in all, I have really enjoyed my time living here. I recommend Adagio to any of my friends looking to rent. I've actually referred some already and they have loved their experience here as well. August 10, 2015Adagio apartments is a great place to live with respectful community and are very decent rate. They are well priced, and the maintenance crew is on top of it. When me or my wife have any problems they are always there quickly. We pay 1070 a month. And it is well worth it they up keep all their stuff. And are always willing to help.
