At first it was great. Now I realize none of my amenities (Washer/dryer, water heater, etc) really work. 7 minute showers and still wet clothes after 3 drying cycles in the dryer. I’m told that’s basically how the dryer is and that if I want a hot shower then all things that require heat in the house must be turned off. Everything that requires heat was turned off and I still only get a hot 7 minute shower. The office hours are terrible as well. There isn’t a box to drop off rent so if you need ...
to turn in your rent on time you better not have a 9-5 job because that’s their office hours. You can pay online but they charge you $20 extra to do it that way. Cabinet space and drawer space in the kitchen is very limited, I couldn’t even place a silver ware divider in the drawer. And larger bowls don’t fit because they stick out so I have at least 3 cabinets sticking out. I will say the location is the only good part. Everything is within a mile from the complex: food, dog park, hair salons, gas, grocery, etc. I would not say though it’s worth the amount of rent they charge.
