Beautiful place
January 29, 2026Adagio is a very beautiful and clean community. Serene vibes with gorgeous. Golf course views. There are a lot of seating areas around the complex where you can just sit down relax and enjoy the view on a beautiful day.Property Manager Responded

STAY AWAY FROM HERE
January 2, 2026MOVE-IN 2025: I told management m there were many issues. One issue included our window screen falling off our window (while the Santa Ana winds were raging). Leasing told us “maintenance is doing more urgent things”. Apparently, a window screen dangling from the 3rd story isn’t very serious to them. Especially above the pool and next to the street to enter the parking structure. We found more issues on move in: - the washing machine doesn’t dispense water - multiple cabinets have broken shelf ...brackets which are making the shelves unusable - middle stove burner is not working 1 year after move-in: The management here is still HORRIBLE. We are being nickeled and dimed for everything at this point: 1) they added a parking management service which costs $35 per year per car. This was implemented in July of 2025. I paid the $70 for 2 cars. However on renewal of my lease for 2026, these passes expired. Not even 6 months after purchasing. So essentially 2x the cost of the 2 parking spots I already pay rent for. Their excuse “we need to regulate guest parking”. However multiple residents still use guest spots for their personal vehicles. 2) they added a new fee to the Amazon lockers despite the lease agreement only stating a 1 time fee of $25. So if you’re out of town and receive a package, expect to pay upwards of $50. 3) Instead of the apartment complex keeping a simple note on your resident file with your pet’s info, they require you to pay $50 for a simple service. Does this service ever get used or help? No. Does it give the leasing office another excuse to take your money? Yes. This complex has been nothing but frustrating to live in. Parking structure gates break all the time. The community grills go out of commission for long periods of time. The fountains around the community are full of algae and never are running. The furniture is dirty. Worst of all, for a “luxury” apartment, I shouldn’t be able to hear my upstairs neighbor’s every step, my downstairs neighbor’s dog barking through the floor, nor should I have to worry about MICE ON MY BALCONY. I told the management about the mice we’ve seen on our balcony. They sent in pest control who said they can’t do anything but lay traps because the palm tree by our window is overgrown. Did they ever cut back the palm tree? NOOOOO… did they say that “mice don’t determine apartment valuation during renewals”? OF COURSE… STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU CARE ANY BIT ABOUT YOUR SANITY AND MONEY!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Great place to live
August 21, 2025I’ve lived here at Adagio on The Green for almost a year and I love it. I truly appreciate the news letters and the communication from the office. We get lots of emails that keep us informed about what’s going on in the community. I like the food trucks they’re convenient for when I don’t want to cook. I like that we have available guest parking now so that when my kids come over they have a place to park. Thank you Ester for enforcing the rules. She always comes through and ensures we have everything we need. She helped me get our new leasing documents completed and signed on time thank you Ester. Wonderful place to live!
November 19, 2022Adagio has been an unexpected surprise. I have lived here for 4 months, and couldn't be happier. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The added treat are the views of the creek and golf course... not to mention all the different varities of birds; egrets, ducks and geese that fly over the creek and rest in the nearby trees. I live in nature within a city! The amenities are great, and the cardio gym has great equipment and it is fairly used... you feel like you have your own private ...workout gym. The residents here are very nice and considerate... it is amazing how quiet the community is considering the size. The staff team of leasing agents and property managers have been very friendly, professional and helpful and go out of there way to accomodate your needs. The maintenance team is quick, reliable and very, very nice! I have come to know all of them and they are always greeting me by name and asking if I ever need any help with anything. November 3, 2022Before I moved in manager Terry showed me and said they have charge station for EV in building1 where I looked the apt. But after I moved and got EV I could not charge my car because they give some personal code for charging, also they take additional monthly payment for that. So they have just 5 spots for the whole building1 and just 5 people got this code and can charge their cars. Somehow she forgot to tell me about this before I've moved in. Besides, it took 4 days to get this information. I ...wrote 2 emails (which they left without response), I came to leasing office and called. Each time they said they'll reach me out to give a code, but they never contacted me back. So I had to come to the office again to get this info above mentioned. All they can do is to add me the waiting list. I think it's absurd to have a charger in your building, not having possibility to actually charge your car. The way as management responding before you move in and after is huge difference. I'm very disappointed with the experience like that.Property Manager Responded

April 11, 2022We have lived here for over 6 years. Loving the apartment. Units come with Refrigerator and Washer & Dryer in unit. A plus!! The grounds are well maintained, Pool areas and spa are very clean and up- keep is good. The team here from the Manager Lyn, the maintenance has been excellent, the House- keeper does a very good job keeping all areas clean. If there are any problems, Lyn is always on top of the situations and tries to get resolved in a timely manner. Rent is a bit pricey though.
