March 21, 2025The apartments are fine. Decent pricing WHEN promo pricing is in effect. Aside from that, I wouldn’t know how they charge. Everything you could ever want to do is miles away from the complex. I drive an hour to work everyday. When you get tired of the hustle-bustle on the North Side come on home to the peaceful and beautiful surroundings here at Cortland . Just a five minute drive to HEB in Buda and Kyle plus you’re going to be so excited about the fabulous restaurants and bars that are just five minutes away from Cortland Apartments and you don’t even have to get on I-35 to get there Just stay on the frontage road and get ...ready for a fun filled evening. Heck you can ride your bicycle there and back but you would have to go lighter on the grocery shopping HaHa! It’s worth your time to check Cortland at Onion Creek out. December 23, 2024There are a number of pros about the Cortland Onion Creek community: location - access to head north or south on I-35 is not a pain, you actually can't hear the highway despite how close it is, it's gated so you feel safe, I have not had an issue with parking, staff is friendly, service requests are handled appropriately, lots of community events, communication is timely, and it's mostly a quiet community. Cons: floors between levels are fairly thin, so make friends with the tenant above you.Property Manager Responded

Have never had any negative encounters with any of the team. Plus what sells it for me they are super dog friendly!
