The apartments are fine. Decent pricing WHEN promo pricing is in effect. Aside from that, I wouldn’t know how they charge. Everything you could ever want to do is miles away from the complex. I drive an hour to work everyday. Not my personal recommendation for my specific situation, but I like the complex.

There are a number of pros about the Cortland Onion Creek community: location - access to head north or south on I-35 is not a pain, you actually can't hear the highway despite how close it is, it's gated so you feel safe, I have not had an issue with parking, staff is friendly, service requests are handled appropriately, lots of community events, communication is timely, and it's mostly a quiet community. Cons: floors between levels are fairly thin, so make friends with the tenant above you.

Everyone up here from the management to the whole maintenance crew are super friendly and very professional in their related fields of work. Have never had any negative encounters with any of the team. Plus what sells it for me they are super dog friendly! Would recommend anyone to atleast take a tour if you are looking for a new apartment.
