The maintenance staff is friendly snd hard working but the department, as is the case with many places, is grossly understaffed. We have a recurrent flooding issue in the basement which the head of maintenance keeps assuring me that he will work to resolve but then work orders are left open and unaddressed. I would not recommend this community due to the high potential for having an issue with basement flooding that is not able to be remediated.

Pros: maintenance is great, kitchen nicely updated (cabinets are lovely even if no drawer is wide enough for a silverware tray), great storage, nice area of Albany, nice flooring, central air Cons: better signage for parking & better enforcement! Even if you don't update the bathroom, maybe you could install a better light!
