June 15, 2022The maintenance staff is friendly snd hard working but the department, as is the case with many places, is grossly understaffed. We have a recurrent flooding issue in the basement which the head of maintenance keeps assuring me that he will work to resolve but then work orders are left open and unaddressed. I would not recommend this community due to the high potential for having an issue with basement flooding that is not able to be remediated.Review from Apartments.com
