        the layout is cool and has potential to be a nice place but nobody takes care of the building. It smells everywhere everything is falling apart.

        Well how about the fact we do not have a washer for a few week according to the head maintenance worker and same for ice maker that is supposed to be in the freezer I wont recommend this place because obviously you guys can't take care of guests. Don't stay here till they either fix our problems or give us a discount

        Great location, but the majority of the building is very dirty (gym, corridors, stairs, and apartments) and poorly maintained (some door readers are not working, and some machines in the gym are broken).

        I’ve lived here for the past year and they’ve been consistently making improvements to the property since I moved in. Management is friendly and easy to reach. Maintenance staff Dylan has been super helpful and efficient. The units are nice and walls are super soundproof so you never hear your neighbors.

        Staying here for about one year, apart from the concrete flooring we had not much problems with the stay, the maintainence guys are fantastic, lo have to say that especially Dylan, helped us a lot when we got different issues at times when we weren't expectina anyone!!

        Very nice rooms, kitchen appliances, and overall aesthetic. Cement floors help with noise reduction, although it is generally quiet during normal hours.

        Doors do not work and instead of fixing them they put rocks at the bottom. Staff do not assist when you have issues. Garage gates do not close so anyone can access the parking garage by walking/driving up with no key. (Don't leave anything in your car). Weird smell.
