The amenities are modern and well-maintained, and everything from the common areas to the fitness center has been thoughtfully designed. The leasing team is fantastic; Michael and Gabriel are always available and incredibly helpful. Before this apartment, I was looking for weeks in Malden and had to pay expensive fees to fill out forms to possibly rent an apartment, but the process at The Addison was quick, simple, and painless by comparison. My apartment also is very roomy and has nice fixtures and everything feels new and well taken care of. ...Also, the amenities on the property - from the gym to creativity room to theater room and more - are wonderful and make this place seem like more than just a place to sleep.
