Place is great!

He vivido en todo tipo de viviendas y también he sido propietario de varias (condominios, casas unifamiliares, apartamentos, etc.), y algo es seguro: siempre habrá algo que se rompa o algún detalle por resolver. Para mí, como inquilino, lo más importante es cómo la administración maneja estas situaciones inevitables. Hasta ahora, el gerente de la comunidad, Gabriel, junto con Michael, el ...equipo de mantenimiento y el de conserjería han sido fantásticos. Además, el sentido de comunidad aquí es algo que realmente se siente. April 14, 2025I’ve had a great experience living at Addison. The community has a really artistic and creative vibe that makes it feel unique and welcoming. The amenities are modern and well-maintained, and everything from the common areas to the fitness center has been thoughtfully designed. The leasing team is fantastic; Michael and Gabriel are always available and incredibly helpful. Jeff, in particular, is super friendly and makes sure any work orders are handled quickly and professionally. It really makes ...a difference having a team that genuinely cares about residents.
