Addison has been a wonderful experience for us. First, the staff is friendly and responsive, and many of them live on-site. From leasing to maintenance, they work really hard to make things clean, pleasant, and exciting. The amenities are different (Maker Space!!!!), and the staff actively invites ideas for new ones. I had suggested we get a little free library, and barely a month later they installed one. They plan lots of fun events designed to build community.

The Addison East is the hidden gem in Boston. Modern apts dog friendly game room pool gym and the Staff are more like friends. The Addison East offers so much more you have to give Michael a call so he can show you your next home

Recently moved into Addison and wanted to give a huge shoutout to Michael and Gabriel for making the whole process so smooth. Michael has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and consistently professional—truly outstanding from start to finish.
Both Gabriel and Michael clearly care a lot about the building and the community they’re creating, always organizing fun events and finding ways to make things even better.
