        In spite of the changes there are still structural issues (like doors not locking properly), the garage gate being jammed, the garbage not being cleaned out so it doesn’t cause bugs, larger furniture pieces left in the parking lot.

        I’ve absolutely loved living at this apartment complex! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, always quick to respond and eager to assist with anything I need. The community is quiet, safe, and well-maintained, which makes it feel like home. It’s been such a peaceful and comfortable place to live, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here.         I had the pleasure of touring Addison Grove recently, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and eager to answer all my questions. The community itself is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and modern amenities that truly enhance the living experience. The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with high-quality finishes and plenty of natural light. I was particularly impressed by the state-of-the-art fitness center, ...
        the golf lounge, and the resort-style pool. It’s clear that the management takes pride in creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for residents. Overall, the tour was informative, and I left feeling excited about the possibility of calling this place home. If you’re looking for a peaceful, vibrant, and in a very convenient location, apartment community, I highly recommend checking out Addison Grove!

        Overall, the new manager is great. Have a main energy. Her two assistance are amazing as well. The maintenance team is pretty cool. Just need to heat a pool. Thought I would stay somewhere where I could get in the water, but even if is hot outside, the water is still ice cold so we’re paying for looks not really to enjoy it

        I love this complex! The staff is super nice and the residents are great. Any issues that arise are taken care of as soon as the staff is made aware. The prices of the units are pretty standard, so no surprises there. Very pet friendly. Although it’s off of a bustling road, you don’t hear it at all. Great community.

      • Not secure - Too many theft cases

        This place is not safe to stay. I don't stay here, but my sister stays alone here and she has lost multiple Amazon packages and food packages There's a lot of robbery here and she's waiting for her lease to end to move out as she doesn't feel safe staying there alone. BEWARE!!
