September 15, 2025This community used to be great, but lately the staff is not helpful. Don't bother with referrals, they will never pay you anyway. They tack on made up fees and up charges every month, which you have to dispute. Maintenance is overworked, so they never show up, and when they do they don't have the budget to fix or replace anything.Property Manager Responded

June 21, 2025Being honest things haven’t been the same as before. To start, this is now the second summer in a row that the three grills are not working. They’re either damaged, dirty, or just completely unusable. It’s honestly ridiculous especially for a place that’s supposed to be a “nice” apartment complex. We’re in summer, and while we have the pool, we can’t even enjoy the grills, which is part of what we pay for. Second, the areas around the building are constantly full of dog waste. It’s disgusting ...and completely unacceptable. Third, the back elevator always smells like dog urine. It’s stinky and clearly not being cleaned regularly, again unacceptable for a place like this. Ever since the new management took over, everything seems slower. Maintenance requests take forever, and the response is just not what it used to be. On top of that, a lot of the entry doors are broken, which makes it feel unsafe since anyone can just walk in. It’s really disappointing and upsetting.Property Manager Responded

April 15, 2025Weight room needs to be updated, pool sticks, and the towing situation handled. Staff is ok. Price is as high as it needs to be for what’s offered. Location is the top thing. They need to have more promotions/deals for residentsProperty Manager Responded
