June 4, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comcThey used to be luxury apartments with good neighbors, starting with the fact that every month charges would be added to your bill and if you're not careful you'll end up paying up to two rents. The alarms are a disaster—they go off by themselves. Since this administration took over this building, now you can clearly see who the new neighbors are. The smell of marijuana is not only the 'perfume' of the entire building, but these drug addicts also smoke in the parking lots, in the pool, on the ...stairs, and everywhere. In front of my apartment it almost seems like a cabaret; strange men and people come and go. The parking spaces and garbage areas are overwhelmed because these new creatures who inhabit these apartments don't care about smoking drugs, and care even less about leaving trash everywhere.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

In addition, there is often dog waste around the building, which creates an unpleasant and unsanitary environment for residents. This should be monitored and addressed more consistently to maintain the cleanliness and standards expected in the community. There are also some doors in the building that do not close properly, which is a safety concern. The elevators are often dirty and have an unpleasant odor. Considering ...that they are used daily by many residents, they should be cleaned and maintained much more frequently to ensure a clean and comfortable environment. In addition, leasing office staff should be more attentive when managing service requests. I have to call multiple times just to check whether an issue has been addressed. The last time, they were not even sure if the vendor had come to my apartment, the issue was not resolved, and there was no follow-up to confirm the status of the request.Read More

September 15, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThis community used to be great, but lately the staff is not helpful. Don't bother with referrals, they will never pay you anyway. They tack on made up fees and up charges every month, which you have to dispute. Maintenance is overworked, so they never show up, and when they do they don't have the budget to fix or replace anything.Property Manager Responded
