Great place for my family of 3 going on 4!
March 5, 2025I love living here so much!! The apartments are spacey and I love how beautiful my apartment is. We pay a great price in comparison to other rents in not only Jax but around the country. The maintenance and leasing office is always SO friendly and prompt! On top of it all, they really go above and beyond to give you a community experience where they host events for you & the family. I really like how they accept pets and offer amenities such as a car wash, playground, pool, 24 hour fitness and a place to take my dog. August 2, 2017Addison Landing is a great community, a clean environments and kids and animal friendly, love the Dogs park,pool always clean and a great gym,best maintenance ever,I put a work order for my A/C a Maintenance tech show up within minutes,he fixed my AC and give me some advice about how to set up my thermostat when outdoor temp is very high now I can see the difference in my electric bill,THANKS OLINDY I will always remember that Ac class you gave me.Review from Apartments.com

Horrible
July 26, 2017Maintenance is a joke! My a/c has gave me problems since i moved in in February and still no change. Office personnel are extremely rude and disrespectful. There is NO parking and the gates are always broke. The pool is packed with kids without adult supervision and people that don't even live here. I watch them walk over from the complex across the street. As soon as my lease is up I will be gone and will make sure no one I know EVER lives hereReview from Apartments.com

October 4, 2015To whom it may concern. I have been a resident at Addison Landing a little more than four months. I am renting a two bedroom apartment which I truly enjoy. My unit is spacious with an open floor plan. My appliances are clean and in good working conditions. Whenever I've had any concerns, the staff has worked to accommodate them. The neighbors I've met have been a joy to talk with which in turn gives the feeling of a close knit community. There are many indoor and outdoor amenities for both ...kids and adults to enjoy! The rent is reasonable and can be paid through the property website. I'd also like to add that it is user friendly making it moreover convenient.
