So bad it made the news

Awesome review
June 4, 2025I just recently moved in and can honestly say that the office clerks, in particular Jasmine and LaTony have been the upmost attentive, respectful and kind office clerks. Any minor issue I've had they've been ON IT. They treat you and everyone I've seen them treat all the same way. That is so hard to find nowadays so I needed to makes sure to give them they're flowers! Great complex and clerks and maintenance. Check them out!Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE!
April 4, 2025I have lived here for 4+ years, and the management changes every year because it's so bad. Trash everywhere, numerous floods in my apt, mold, roaches, smells, and I had no heat for 6 weeks when the temp was 0-10. They do no fix anything and if they do, they use the cheapest parts available. The apts are so old that the roots of the trees are growing into the pipes which clogs everything. Then they give you a "base" price then charge over 300 for water, sewage, pest control (that's a joke) etc... ...Also, they have been towing cars that don't have a parking pass, so if you have company over, beware- they will tow their car. This is the absolute worse apt I have ever lived in and Im so glad that my lease is almost up!Property Manager Responded

terrible
March 28, 2023This apartment complex is the worst I have ever lived in. the first two months I moved in my heat was out my storage door was broken. the kitchen stove fan was broken the drawers were broken. They will slam you with fees and not give you a reason why but they make you pay them. I had to pay a $3oo credit approval fee and they won't tell me why i wasn't approved and i have prefect credit prefect rental history. they slammed me with this fee 2 months after i moved in. The management is the worst ...management I have ever dealt with. I wished I never moved here.Property Manager Responded

Staff is very rude
July 15, 2022I went by this place after speaking to them the day before made appointment. When I got there the staff was causing in the back offices with each other. Had kids running around playing " I guess they ran a daycare in there too " I was told I didn't have an appointment , but she showed me a paper with pricing on it. I asked a few questions, she became very rude on answering them. I'm not understanding why . But that just told me that was not the place for me to live. Rude management
June 1, 2022I loved my apartment!! Maintenance was improving and very nice! New office staff some where nice, but the new manager was not so! Don’t get sick or lose your job, because they will not work with you! They do not accept any rental assistance!!!!Property Manager Responded

Welcome to Rudeland
April 27, 2022One of the only good things about these apartments is that they are somehow soundproof enabled, other than that, management for this property will try to trick you into signing the lease, staff gets paid bonuses to rent out units. Once you're in the lease, they will not hesitate to not help you when needed, maintenance will take forever to come to your unit and most times will complete a work order without ever showing up at the place. Management and most staff are rude and lack courtesy and ...customer service skills. Roaches do show up at times and the smell in common areas inside the building is the worst. The office is closed most times in the afternoon and Mirela will not hesitate to call the cops on you. Definitely a very rude lady. These apartments are not renovated as they advertise, MAKE SURE TO CHECK EVERYTHING prior to signing the lease, they will rip you off...Property Manager Responded
